Outside of these hours, the system most likely will be available but is not guaranteed as equigroup will, on an infrequent basis, require the database to perform preventative maintenance, software upgrades and other duties as and when required.

If you need to know in advance if AssetXpress will be unavailable, please contact your Account Executive.

Note: Public holidays present additional opportunities for equigroup to perform extensive system upgrades and enhancements and should be considered as an extension to a weekend i.e. possibly not available.
