On-Site Audit Service

Collection Service
equigroup is experienced in the transport of electronic equipment and provides a national collection service to assist with deployment or return of your technology assets.
Disposal
equigroup’s asset disposal service provides a hassle free option for clients. We ensure assets are remarketed where possible or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner, compliant with stringent international standards.
Installation Services
equigroup can assist with a range of installation services including:
- bulk receipt and storage of assets at our specialist asset service location ready for deployment;
- unpacking of equipment, assembly of the asset and disposal of waste packaging;
- loading and validation of client specified standard operating environment and/or other applications;
- asset tagging for easy identification of equipment;
- installation of assets to individual offices and workstations in line with clients’ refresh schedule.
Note: A number of the above services can be performed either on or off-site.
Decommissioning Services
equigroup can also assist with a range of decommissioning services including:
- removal of assets and associated parts from individual offices and/or workstations;
- secure transport direct to our specialist asset service location;
- quarantine or storage of assets where required ready for redeployment, upgrade or review.
For assets that are already owned equigroup offers services such as registration, testing, reporting, remarketing, and certified environmental disposal.
Decommissioning and installation services can work in conjunction to ensure an effective refresh of equipment.
Hard Drive Data Cleansing
In accordance with the US Department of Defence (USDD) standards, equigroup can assist with the removal of sensitive information through hard drive cleansing, thereby neutralising potential liability and protecting company sensitive data. Various products and levels of cleansing are available to match your requirements ranging from a single disk pass through to certified destruction of the media device.
